Lance and his staff, commonly known as LG & Company, offer training and private lessons at the Graves Ranch located near Hartshorne, Oklahoma as well as producing clinics nationwide. Lance promotes consistent, quiet, positive, reinforcement training techniques that allows almost any individual to ride the horses he has trained after they leave his program. Lance trains approximately 25 barrel racing prospects annually and focuses much of his time on teaching students both privately and at clinics. He has taught in Canada, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and around the globe. Lance's training videos have been sold to China, Australia, Italy, France, Uruguay, New Zealand, Czech Republic and his first video sold over 1,000 copies in the first 30 days. His World Champion credentials with a passion for teaching makes Lance unique in the world of barrel racing.
